Certified Course is out and back to a turnaround at Percy Priest Dam via Shelby Bottoms, Two Rivers, and Stones River Greenways. First and last 5 miles are flat. Four steep hills at miles 6, 12, 14, and 19. Aid Stations at every 3 miles with water and Gatorade. Race Instructions. No Race Day Registration. Packet Pickup at Ramada Ltd at 303 Interstate Drive from 6-9 PM. Or at race site from 6:00 AM. Technical T-shirt, preferred size guaranteed to all pre-registered. Medal to all finishers. Special award to first male and female. Age Group awards to top three in 10-years from -19 to 60+. Post Race Party with music, pizza and beer. Maximal Time 6 hours.
